This development is considered as the most suitable and appropriate development that can be applied and conducted on that land because the surroundings locality are mainly comprises with mix development model.


Referring from this analysis we can say that most of the developments surrounding the subject land affecting the reason for selecting this type of the development in order to achieve the highest return and the best use.
